Light Bulb Explosion Photos Remind Us of a Show We Miss

If you were a fan of Time Warp, the Discovery Channel show that taught us all about physics by filming stuff like water falling and explosions with a high speed camera and then watching the footage in slow motion, you’ll love these photos by chemist and photographer Jonathan Smith. Smith fills lightbulbs with unusual objects, shoots them with a pellet gun and photographs the action.

His photography is unique to say the least and very interesting to look at!

Now, who wants to lobby the Discovery Channel to bring back Time Warp? We’re getting nostalgic.
